Element Markets Integrated Project Management Services
In response to increasing demand for comprehensive project management solutions, Element provides an expanded, partnership-level solution for administering, facilitating, and managing product developments from point-of-concept through completion. Element markets this service as our Integrated Project Management Service (IPMS). This service is provided for stand-alone project management opportunities, for products developed within Element's content, creative, production, and technology service areas, and for products developed by third-party resources contracted for by our clients. IPMS delivers an in-depth and comprehensive level of budget, resource, workflow, and schedule management functions with milestone and final status reporting from project start-up through completion. Element's IPMS team directs, oversees, monitors, and reports development progress of Element teams, other vendors and resources engaged and contracted for by Element or our client, and client-based staff assigned to the project to ensure effective management and communication of performance to goals established for the project. Element's IPMS teams lead or participate in the development of product budgets and schedules for all administrative and service areas. Progress by each of the parties, including incremental and final delivery schedules, are tracked and reported to all assigned stakeholders, along with scheduled cost management reports to ensure compliance to approved budgets. The IPMS team monitors and assures that quality goals and product standards are satisfied, and resolves inconsistencies or conflicts through timely evaluation and solutions planning with internal teams and our client. Element IPMS teams regularly manage a variety of resources that often participate in broad product line or program developments, including writing and editorial houses, design companies and art/image management resources, onshore and offshore production houses, and a variety of other development companies and project-based staff that may participate in all development areas of educational and instructional products published by our customers. |
