Element, LLC announces expansion to Higher Education Market
Cynthia Miller has joined the
company as Vice President-Higher Education Group, effective Monday,
February 1, 2010. Cindy brings substantial expertise, knowledge, and leadership to Element
as a result of twenty years of rich experience in the higher education
market. She has worked for highly regarded, high-profile companies in
this business sector, most recently as Director of Higher Education
Services at GGS-PreMedia Global, Inc.
Cindy has directed and facilitated the development and growth of
domestic and offshore project management teams, developed and directed
efficient, innovative workflows, provided key account management, and
built sound, long-standing customer relationships with many of the
industry’s most respected and successful publishers of higher education
products over the years.
In her role, Cindy will direct and manage the company’s higher education
services group, and will participate as a member of the company’s executive management team. Initially, she will oversee and direct an
expansion of the current service group. She will lead development and
implementation of innovative workflows that deliver cost-effective, high-quality development and production outcomes of print and digital end
products from same-source digital assets efficiently and consistently.
Cindy will report to Matt Reynolds, the company’s Chief Executive
Officer, who noted: "Cindy is a widely respected, highly regarded talent
throughout the higher education marketplace. She strengthens our
organization in a number of areas, and her leadership and experience
will allow Element to realize a position and presence in this market
sector to match our reputation and status in the school education
